Ordering means you have Agreed to these Terms
=GENERAL=
• Do NOT NFT my artworks. Regardless, if you commissioned my artworks, I will never support NFT.
• I have the right to decline if I know I cannot make the order.• I have the right to post and stream WIP & Finished Works, otherwise, inform me beforehand to publish it on a certain date (Unpublished will have an Additional Fee).• Have your references ready. Any text, image, or videos that will help me better understand what you want. Please, try to condense the details as much as possible and do not send files without any explanations.
(Additional Fee/Cancellation for Extra Research/Ideas on my end.)• You are allowed one revision. Any additional revisions will be charged (%).• If you delay the payment after a week of the commission request, your order will be canceled.• Please credit me when posting or sharing my artworks. Commissioned or not.
=PAYMENT=
• All payments must be in USD and transmitted through PayPal ONLY.• Commissions are non-refundable after payment.• Commercial Fee Included.• If you cannot make the full payment all at once, I will negotiate by accepting half of the payment and deliver the artwork when the remaining payment has been received.• Again, if you delay the payment after a week of the commission request, your order will be canceled.
=DELIVERY=
• Due to my busy schedule, orders will take 4-6 weeks. Any sooner, negotiation for rush fee may be discussed but, highly unlikely.• Files will be sent through Google Drive or Email (upon request or extra fees).
=ADDITIONAL NOTES=
• If there is an interference during my work on your commissions, I will notify you immediately.
